Peaberry Coffee is a “ Single Bean” type of coffee bean. Normally the coffee cherry contains two seeds the develop with flattened facing sides. However about 5% of the coffee cheries contain only one oval seed ( single bean) . Peaberry coffee is known for having a superior taste and delicious aftertaste, the flavours of two beans concentrated within one id noticeably sweeter.
